REFUNDS
1. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2. Partial Refunds

If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts not due to our error), a partial refund may be issued.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
1. Eligibility

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
